QuoteWerks links to most CRM programs and can pull out data that can help tailor a quote such as terms, sales tax rate or customer profile which can be used by QuoteWerks to determine the appropriate pricing a particular customer should receive.
The program allows you to create and maintain your own products database, and to import product information from files that your vendors provide.
Print layouts can be customized with the built-in visual layout designer that allows you to easily insert data fields from your contact manager into the print layouts.
Pertinent information from the quote is posted back in the client or prospect record in the CRM program making it easy to follow up.
